With over 20 years of experience, Andrea has represented clients at all stages of civil litigation in Labor and Employment matters, including claims arising under state and federal civil rights and anti-discrimination laws, the Family Leave Medical Act, the ADA, the ADEA and the New York State Human Rights laws, as well as wage and hour claims arising under the Fair Labor Standards Act and other comparable state laws.
She also counsels employers regarding risk avoidance in employment matters.
Andrea received her B.A. from the University of Massachusetts – Amherst and her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law
