Labor Relations

Labor Relations applies mostly to union settings when there is a collective bargaining agreement in place. The Ali Law Group has represented employers during grievances, disciplinary matters, arbitration, and collective bargaining agreement negotiations, and has defended against charges of unfair labor practices.

This area of law also applies to companies without a collective bargaining agreement in place through the National Labor Relations Act. The Ali Law Group has represented companies in NLRB proceedings and has experience drafting employment policies, such as social media policies that are in compliance with the NLRA.
