Joelle has over 20 years of experience as a general commercial litigator practicing in both state and federal court. Following Joelle’s graduation from law school, she practiced as a litigation associate for Bingham & McCutchen and Loeb & Loeb in New York City, where she worked in a fast-paced environment and gained extensive litigation experience in many areas of the law. Joelle has also worked as associate general counsel for Hofstra University and as a legal editor for a publishing company. Joelle is a skilled mediator and is also the principal of her own divorce mediation practice.
Joelle now focuses on representing clients in a wide variety of labor and employment matters. She provides labor and employment counseling to large and small companies to ensure that their policies are complaint with the most current laws, and counsels employers on various federal and state legal issues. She also conducts legal and administrative research and drafts legal memorandums on issues concerning labor and employment law.
Joelle graduated Hofstra University School of Law, with distinction, and was a member of the Hofstra Law Review.
A philanthropist at heart, Joelle has dedicated much of her time to raising funds and awareness for autism. As the executive director of a non-profit organization, Joelle raises funds to assist children on the spectrum with accessing treatments and therapies not otherwise covered by insurance.
