Managing Leaves of Absence

Under both federal law and state law, covered employees have to provide leaves of absence to employees from their jobs for certain events/circumstances. The Ali Law Group will help create awareness of these laws, how they overlap and intersect, and the employer’s obligations when faced with situations that implicate these laws, which include:
